Morning comfort- a science bros one shot
( for those who do not like the ship science bros or not into the whole guy x guy couples please don't flame. Both tony stark and Bruce banner all are owned by marvel and am using them in terms of entertainment and love for there work. Also this is my first avenger work as well as fanfic I have written in a long time. So of course I'll get rusty and things. I did this to test out since being tony stark for shuto con a way to act as stark. Even in his worst of moments. I don't see so far in fics of tony going through those post tramatic disorder dreams like in the movies. So I decided why not? As well as I made banners eye color hazel because a head canon of mine is when he's didn't have the bulk genes his eyes were originally brown and when he goes hulk his eyes are green. So at rest his eyes are hazel due to the gamma rays. So just throwing that for you. I also got inspiration from an experiance of bad night mares where I almost feel off the bed to someone comforting me on my emotional days and mashed the two together. Hole you enjoy)


There was nothing but sand
bOOM!
I whipped my head into the direction where the sound was heard. There was nothing but smoke in sight. Hearing faint screams in the distance I tried running there
Boom! Another explosions knocked me off balenced.
My head and my heart were swirling in fear and aderline as I try helplessly scurry through the sands in how to find either shelter or signs of life in which I can save. Another explosions errupted. My body instinctively was trying to curl I self into a ball. Praying in all of God that I either get out of this alive again. my thoughts whirled.
I breath faint
All I wanted to do was scream and-
" tony!"
I woke up instantly to the sight of a pair of concerned hazel eyes. Panting heavily my hands frantically scuffed across the surrounds as well as my hair and my arc reactor. At first I couldn't deck use who was beside me until I heard" tony, calm down. It was just a dream."
It was Bruce banner.
Oh god Bruce banner yes.
Unable to speak due to still being frozen in fear I carefully say myself up. Upon doing so Bruce reach his hand to my arm and carefully brought me into his cheat as his puts his fingers through my hair in attempts to comfort. My muscle eased by banners touch as my brain processes my surroundings. Finally understanding that I was in my own room instead of that god awful hell again. I sighed . Hearing me Bruce cups my face so we have eye contact. " tony this is the third time you had this kind of nightmares. Is it he dessert again?" I nodded to his response. Bruce pecks my forhead and wrapped his arms around me. Staying quiet as if to listen to see if I'm breathing right. With enough relaxed I was able to say
" Bruce I'm sorry."
" you shouldn't be sorry for something that has traumatized you tony. I get worried as heck seeing you crumble like this whenever you sleep."  Bruce said
" it will wear off in time Bruce. "
" it's been three months though. Not to mention it makes me feel useless I. It all for you to go through this ." I peaked my head off out of banners cheats and cupped his face this time . Pecking his lips as I said
" without you here doing this I would've proubly be dreaming that still and having panick attacks like it's Black Friday. "
" that's a werid anology tony no offense."Bruce remarked.
" what I'm saying here is . Your helping me a great deal Bruce. More then any ways you can imagine just being here with me here either in the lab or comforting like this."
" thanks but I'm not the best at it." Bruce says . I ruffled his already curly hair and gave a small smile
" oh course you are big guy. Your the best."
" I'm glad your being back to normal." Bruce's says as he gives me a light caste kiss.
